James responded fast and showed up in less than 20 minutes, I was about to leave the office at the end of the day when I noticed the main entrance door wouldn’t lock properly, he was very useful and managed to replace a small part that was worn out and also fix the door alignment properly, he explained everything clearly and charged me fairly, great work, excellent communication and totally affordable price, highly recommend.
