One of our door closer at office had broken and it was causing the door slam hard every time, which was very annoying. James was our locksmith technician who came out from St Louis Door & Lock. He arrived within 30 minutes, just like they promised, was very efficient and helpful, he managed to repair the closer and didn’t even try to upsell or convince us to replace it. James was very respectful, worked fast, he quoted his price upfront and it was fair and reasonable, we’re very happy with the service and would definitely recommend these guys!
