Josh was very responsive and replied quickly on a Sunday morning, he showed up about 30 minutes of my call and drilled out a Kwikset SmartKey deadbolt lock that couldn’t be picked, replaced it with a new one and rekeyed the handle lock as well, he provided 2 extra keys and charged a very fair price. Josh was fast, polite and super friendly and I couldn’t have asked for better service!
