Just now, St Louis Door & Lock provided me with fantastic service. The technician declined to charge me more than their extremely low “show up” service fee. He claimed he didn’t change anything, but in reality, he did drill a larger hole for the deadbolt (so it wouldn’t keep sticking) and firmly tighten the door handle to prevent further slipping. Great Job!!
