Ben came by and fixed the mortise lock mechanism on our building’s front door, he was professional, quoted his price upfront and was totally affordable,  he made sure the lock worked perfectly and that it turned easily, he made us 5 new sets of new keys, right there on the spot and was very pleasant and easy to deal with, we really appreciate his fine work and would definitely use his services again if needed.
