When my old deadbolt started to act funny and got really hard to turn I called St. Louis Door & Lock immediately in order to have it fixed before I’ll find myself locked out, they were very professional and responsive, and Josh the technician came out that same afternoon, he inspected the lock and explained why it was failing and why it is better to replace it rather fixing it, he suggested an upgraded high-security deadbolt model and even matched it with my existing key the finish so it blended perfectly with my door. Josh was very respectful and his professional approach has made a great impression on me, thanks to his wonderful work I feel much safer and relaxed, thanks again Josh
