I couldn't get into my late father's old safe at home, so I searched the web I found this wonderful place, St Louis Door & Lock were very responsive and communicative, Larry was the expert who showed up couple of hours later and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained that he can only drill the safe lock in order to crack it and after that it will be useless,  then he quoted a fair and quite reasonable price and got my permission to get it started. Larry was working hard and even change drills couple of times but in the end he got it open. I was worried about the content in side the safe, but when Larry was done I was so happy and thrilled to see that nothing was harm but the safe, thank you so much for such a perfect experience!

I lost one of my car fobs and wanted to acquire a spare one, Ben came out right away, about 30 minutes after I called them and made a key fob for my Toyota Corolla in just 15 minutes. He was very kind and friendly and  it was a pleasure to work with. I’m very thankful for his great service and would highly recommend him.

James respond quickly and showed up within 15mins. He completed cutting and programming 2 new car remotes under an hour and he charged me reasonably. He is so personable and didn't leave until he double checked that both remotes work perfectly. Would recommend him to all of my friends!

Josh the technician arrived on time to my house and was able to finish the job very fast. My lock was damage a little bit before Josh rekey it but now it work like a new I will definitely going to call St Louis Door and Lock again if i need!
