We finally purchased an August Smart Lock and attempted to change the old lock on by ourselfs. Despite our best efforts, we were unable to release the screws and had to call a locksmith ompany. St Louis Door & Lock quickly answered once we contacted them, and the person that arrived right away to install it for us was Jeff. He completed the job quickly and with great professionalism.
