Oh my God this place is amazing not only their prices are much better than the local Mazda dealer but the service was so fast and effortless,  high quality service, amazing team, really easy to deal wit, definitely recommend this guys!

One of our door closer at office had broken and it was causing the door slam hard every time, which was very annoying. James was our locksmith technician who came out from St Louis Door & Lock. He arrived within 30 minutes, just like they promised, was very efficient and helpful, he managed to repair the closer and didn't even try to upsell or convince us to replace it. James was very respectful, worked fast, he quoted his price upfront and it was fair and reasonable, we're very happy with the service and would definitely recommend these guys!

Josh was very responsive and replied quickly on a Sunday morning, he showed up about 30 minutes of my call and drilled out a Kwikset SmartKey deadbolt lock that couldn’t be picked, replaced it with a new one and rekeyed the handle lock as well, he provided 2 extra keys and charged a very fair price. Josh was fast, polite and super friendly and I couldn’t have asked for better service!

I accidentally broke my only key fob for my BMW X5 and immediately contacted the dealership who advised to get it done with an automotive locksmith, as it will be quicker and cheaper, so I called several locksmiths in my area and Ben from St. Louis Door & Lock responded quickly and with the cheapest price, he showed up on time and promptly cut and programmed the new key fob, he was very efficient as he completed the job in just 15 minutes and the new fob works flawlessly, highly recommend him.
